Damaged or Wrong Item

Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo — replacement or full refund, free of charge.

Refunds

Issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the item, to your original payment method or as agreed with you.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color or variant? We exchange eligible items subject to stock availability.
